This client inherited a great deal of her mother-in-law’s antique furniture, but when it came to her dining room, she really wanted to make it her own. Enlisting the help of local artisans, we commissioned a gorgeous hand-crafted tiger maple dining table and matching side board. To add some variety, we chose antique white dining chairs with turquoise velvet cushions and painted the room a vibrant coral to create a warm and inviting space. A beautiful, hand-knotted rug ties the colors together beautifully and accentuates the home owner’s artwork above the buffet. Replacing the ceiling fan with this oversized, Moroccan-inspired chandelier gives the room a final wow factor.
