From 70’s drab to modern day FAB! With limited funding, we were able to make simple changes that brought this space to life. Most noticeable is the shelving unit. Rather than paint the entire thing or replace it altogether, we simply painted the back wall a soft robin’s egg and removed many of the shelves to create spaces for art and collectibles rather than just books. What was once an eyesore is now a beautiful and interesting focal point. The gorgeous green silk sofa and loveseat were purchased at a local estate sale for a fraction of what you might pay for them new – and those lines are drool worthy!
