With a low profile platform bed already in place, we needed something to balance out the high ceilings in this master bedroom. An oversized, monochromatic mid-century painting snagged in a local flea market was the perfect solution! Pulling the painting colors out in pillows for the bed and luxurious velvet curtain panels for the windows, while keeping the palette neutral, gives the room a sophisticated, modern feel. Vintage bedside lamps and a retro shag rug complete the look.
